This report reviews expert opinions on the implementation of new multi-agency arrangements to safeguard children by Sir Alan Wood CBE. This document has focused on the key factors that underpin the successful implementation of the new multi-agency arrangements to safeguard children. Examples of case studies are provided to illustrate the way in which safeguarding partners have grasped the opportunities provided in the legislation to introduce new, and adapt existing, arrangements to safeguard children. The review sets out recommendations for making new multi-agency safeguarding arrangements for local areas more effective.

Linking to our site

Jurisdiction and applicable law

International partners

Research in Practice is only able to provide technical support for our web services in English.

In the event of any legal dispute or claim, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Prohibited uses:
