It needs a whole society approach in order to address the increasing scale and impact of the problem. This document details those areas for development and subsequent recommendations on a national level for England. It can be used to inform good practice and support regional strategies and action plans. Regional CSAE Prevention Strategies have also been developed to reflect the different priorities and needs of each region.
