October 8, 2021 Stockton & Hartlepool Bespoke Support Project The overarching objective for Stockton and Hartlepool partners was to find ways, as a safeguarding partnership, of developing a more contextual approach to tackling child exploitation and extra-familial harm. The local area recognised the long-term nature of this work. The role of TCE was to help understand the issues, catalyse thinking and identify ways to progress towards this goal. It was recognised that momentum and communication post-BSP delivery would be critical to its success. View Stockton & Hartlepool BSP Report
