May 23, 2022 Northamptonshire Bespoke Support Project Northamptonshire originally approached the TCE Programme for support around their use of data as part of a newly established Vulnerable Adolescent Panel with a view to enabling the earlier identification of young people at risk of exploitation and broadening their approach to utilise patterns and trends across the partnership to support a more comprehensive understanding of exploitation. The approach adopted throughout the delivery of the project was one of holding space for the partnership to come together, reflect on existing ways of working and move towards the development of a collective approach through a combination of individual agency conversations, sharing of evidence-based resources and action focused workshops.
